Overview
Puri Holiday Home (Sagarika) is located near Light House at Balia Panda. It is only two minutes away from the sea beach. Puri Railway Station is 15-20 minutes distance by Auto Rickshaw. You can reach the nearest market and Swargadwar in 10 minutes. Shree Shree Jagannath Temple is 15 minutes from our holiday home. It is a three-storied building having total six number of rooms (two in each floor). Rooms are well furnished with attached bathroom. All rooms are sea facing. In addition rooms in 1st and 2nd floor are having adjacent sea facing balcony for panoramic view of Bay of Bengal. You can enjoy the blue horizon sitting in the balcony of holiday home. Rickshaw stand, Auto stand all are just beside our holiday home.
The homely atmosphere would always make you feel “home away from home”, specially, the staff and our caretaker cum manager at the holiday home. For any further assistance you will get full support of our caretaker cum manager Mr.Prakash.

- Holiday Home under CCTV surveillance
- All rooms are fitted with AC. However, the facility of availing AC is as per the booking. In any case, Non-AC booking cannot be converted to AC facility on the spot. In case of unserviceability of air conditioning machine due to unavoidable circumstances, in exceptional cases, guest may claim for refund of the AC component within the room tariff subject to approval of competent management and on site endorsement of the caretaker/holiday home manager.
- Power back up facility available (Power backup assistance to rooms are subject to servicibility of designated backup machine. In case of adverse weather calamity in costal areas, power supply is monitered by state power authority and may be interapted for long duration).
- Uninterrupted WIFI facility available
- All rooms are well equipped with LED TV, Refrigerator, Almirah, Dining Table, Utensils / Tea sets etc. (Refrigeretor falicty not avilable in room no. 102)
- Maximum 3 Adults or 2 Adults with 2 children are allowed in each room.
- Basic toiletries are supplied in the rooms.
- On site caretaker assistance available for any requirement.
- Cooking facility inside the room is temporarily not allowed. Alternatively for cooking purpose, you may take assistance of our designated caretaker for cooking facility at central kirchen at a very nominal cost.
- Any type of room service at the property will be chargeable.
