Terms & Conditions and General Rules & Regulations

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age..
  • Single occupancy is not allowed in any of our holiday home.
  • Unmarried couples are not allowed in same room. Caretaker/Manager may ask for valid documents as a proof of marriage.
  • Maximum three persons are allowed in a room. However, in case of family (Husband, Wife, Unmarried Son and/or Unmarried Daughter) maximum four persons may be accommodated in a single room (only at Puri & Digha). Violation of such, your room allotment will be strictly denied at the time of check-in at Holiday Home/Hotel. Co-operative will not be responsible for any such reason. For Non-family booking please select maximum 3 persons per room.
  • In case, should you require additional mattress/cot please contact the caretaker/manager about the availability. You may be charged extra which may vary holiday home to holiday home. Such charges has to be paid directly to the caretaker/manager at the time of check out from holiday home or as advised by the caretaker/manager.
  • The person (as in the allotment voucher) must be present at the time of check in and check out. In absence of the said person, check-in may be denied by the hotel/holiday home and due to such reason, refund cannot be claimed & the booking will be considered as NO SHOW. This would be strictly maintained for booking made by member of the society.
  • It is duty of the boarders to cooperate with Caretaker/Manager during their stay at holiday home/hotel.
  • As per Government regulations, It is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. In case, check-in is denied by the hotel due to lack of required documents, no refund can be claimed & the booking will be considered as NO SHOW.
  • In case of cancellation of booking opted by guest, money will be refunded as perthe Refund Policy of holiday home stated hereunder.
  • Unless mentioned, the tariff does not include charges for optional room services (such as telephone calls, room service, mini bar, snacks, laundry etc). In case, such additional charges are levied by the hotel, we shall not be held responsible for it.
  • Please contact office of our society before booking in case of carrying pets.
  • It is mandatory to maintain discipline and peace during your stay at our holiday homes.
  • Contact caretaker/manager for the information of time of opening and closing of main gate of holiday home/hotel. Caretaker/manager must be informed and prior permission is required for early departure/out or late arrival/in.
  • It is the responsibility of the guests to keep the locks and keys of rooms in their custody safely after check-in and any loss of such items, it is responsibility of the guests to make it good or replace the same at their own cost. Locks and keys has to be handed over to caretaker/manager at the time of check-out.
  • We will hold you responsible for any damage or loss caused to our property by your acts or omissions, default, accident or neglect. By booking with us you agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand an amount reasonably required to make good or to rectify such damage or loss caused by you. Normal wear and tear are excluded.
  • Please report any accidents or incidents to the holiday home manager/caretaker in connection with any property damage.
  • It is duty of the borders to abide by the rules and regulations of the holiday home which will be briefed to them at the time of check-in by the staff.
  • Please ensure the following during your stay at our holiday homes in respect of environmental policy
    • Switching off lights, fan, AC, Geyser and other electrical equipment and gadgets when not in use.
    • Ensuring that taps are always turned off after use.
    • Keep the garbage in the bin/tray provided in every room and also kept in different places in the holiday premise.
    • We thank you in advance for your comprehension and co-operation.

Cancellation/Refund Rule 

  1. Partial Cancellation of a room booking is not permitted. For Example: Suppose a room is booked for 5 Nights from 04/09/2012 to 08/09/2012 (Check-in Date 04/09/2012 and Check-out Date 09/09/2012). In that case, cancellation is not permitted if guest/member wants to cancel the booking of any date/dates between his/her room booking period).
  2. Complying Rule 1 above, partial cancellation of booking is only possible in case of booking of 2 or more rooms in such a way that at least booking of 1 room should be existent after such cancellation of other booked room(s) by the guest/member.
  3. Normally, refund processing takes 14 to 20 working days to complete. For quick refund action, it is requested to visit our co-operative office for cancellation of booking.
  4. Cash Refund is not allowed. Refund will be credited directly to the Bank Account of guest/member.
  5. The following documents are required for refund processing
    1. Copy of Booking Document generated at the time of Initial Booking of Room(s).
    2. Copy of Allotment Details generated at the time of Initial Booking.
    3. Copy of Credit Note generated at the time of cancellation.
    4. Copy of Invoice for Cancellation Charge generated at the time of cancellation.
    5. Copy of Allotment Details at the time of Cancellation
    6. One Cancelled Cheque Leaf
    7. Copy of PAN Card
  6. Any Cancellation charge (as per percentage tabulated hereunder) including applicable tax if any, will be adjusted from the refund amount.
  7. Caution Money if collected at the time of booking will be refunded.

 

Cancellation Charges  

Above 30 days : 10% on room rent

Above 15 days and upto 30 days : 25% on room rent

Above 7 days and upto 15 days : 50% on room rent

Above 3 days and upto 7 days : 75% on room rent

Within 3 days : Cancellation not possible.
